Questions clubs actually ask

These are the ten that come up in almost every first email. If yours is not here, ask it and we will answer properly.

How much does custom kit cost?
It depends on the style, the fabric, how it is decorated and how many you need. A plain training tee and a sublimated goalkeeper kit are not in the same range, so a single number would be no use to you. Send the styles and a rough quantity and you get a line-by-line price the same day.
Is fifty pieces really the minimum?
Yes, per style. Mixed sizes count towards the same fifty, and so do different names and numbers on every shirt. One thing to be clear about: fifty jerseys and fifty shorts is two styles, not one order of a hundred.
Can you match our exact club colours?
Send the Pantone TCX number if your club has one. If it doesn't, send us a shirt or a photo taken in daylight and we match it on the sample so you can see it before bulk. On larger orders we lab-dip first.
We like the fit of our current kit. Can you copy it?
Post us the garment and we will pattern it, and your next kit will fit the same. What we will not do is reproduce another brand's badge, logo or trademarked design. The cut and construction, yes. The branding on it, no.
Who owns the designs?
You do. Your badge, your artwork, your patterns. We keep them on file so your reorders are fast, and we do not sell your design to another club.
What happens if the order arrives wrong?
Photograph it and tell us within fourteen days. If it is our fault — wrong colour, wrong grade, stitching that failed — we remake those pieces at our cost. That is the whole policy. There is no small print underneath it.
How do we pay?
A deposit when you approve the proforma invoice, the balance before we dispatch. Bank transfer or Wise. You never pay anything before you have approved a sample.
Do you ship to our country?
We ship worldwide. Air freight is usually five to eight days, sea is twenty-five to thirty-five. If you have your own forwarder we can hand over FOB Sialkot instead.
Can you hold stock for mid-season reorders?
We keep your patterns and artwork permanently, and on repeat programmes we hold fabric in your colours so a top-up is not waiting on a dye lot. A reorder skips design and sampling entirely.
You are new. Why should we trust you with a whole season's kit?
That is a fair question and you should ask it. Start with one style and fifty pieces — that is exactly why our minimum is what it is. Watch the production over a video call, hold the sample before you pay the balance, and decide about the rest of the club afterwards.
